Primer
BAUPOX 100 ST Epoxy Priming Resin
Primes and reinforces the concrete substrate by partially penetrating its structure and forming a bonding surface layer. Also used as a repair compound.
Solvent-free.
NOTE: For weak, highly absorbent, or friable substrates, we recommend saturating the surface first with BAUPOX 100 GP, a deep-penetrating, high-strength epoxy-based primer.

Quartz Sand / Aggregate
Quartz Aggregate
0,2-0,8 mm or 0,4-1,6 mm
Quartz sand used in resin flooring systems, decorative applications, and as part of a bonding bridge. At BAUTECH, you can purchase sand from a verified source: cleaned, dry, hard quartz with a defined grading curve.

MicroUltima
MicroULTIMA Microconcrete
MicroULTIMA is used for building decorative concrete micro-surfaces.
Combined with decorative aggregate, it allows for the creation of highly durable and elegant custom floors.
Decorative Aggregate
The grain size of the added decorative aggregate depends on the thickness of the applied layer.
Commonly used:
- 1–4 mm aggregate for 5 mm floor thickness
- 2–8 mm aggregate for 8 mm floor thickness

One-component transparent polyurethane primer with enhanced hydrophobic properties for mineral substrates.

BAUPUR Varnish
The choice of varnish should be based on the expected use conditions, floor traffic intensity (e.g. private home vs. high-traffic commercial space), and the characteristics of the area (dry or wet zone).
BAUPUR 700 HP Polyurethane Varnish
Two-component transparent water-based polyurethane varnish with high protective properties, used as a finishing coat.
Available in satin or matte finish.
BAUPUR 800 HP Polyurethane Varnish
Two-component solvent-based polyurethane varnish intended for protecting surfaces exposed to intensive use.
Matt finish.
