System Description
The BAUPOX CQ8 System is a decorative epoxy flooring system based on high-performance resins and coloured quartz aggregate. It is designed for industrial, commercial, and public utility facilities subjected to medium to heavy vehicular traffic and intensive pedestrian use.
It provides superior chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and fuels, alongside high mechanical resistance to impact, point loads, and physical shock.
The system combines operational durability with a decorative aesthetic finish.
In the 100K version, it offers an economical and convenient 2-in-1 solution, where a single resin serves as both a primer and a pigmented base coat. Application of this system version requires appropriate site conditions, including a substrate moisture content of <4%.

Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 GP™
Deep-penetrating, low-viscosity epoxy-based priming and strengthening agent. Designed for: reinforcing weak and dusty concrete substrates, sealing concrete screeds, equalizing surface absorbency,anti-dust coating for floors. Its use significantly reduces concrete absorbency, minimizing the amount of primer needed in the next step.
Two-component. Solvent-based. PZH certified.

Primer Coat
BAUPOX 100 K™
Pigmented, solvent-free, water-free epoxy resin with a 2-in-1 formula, serving both as a primer (if concrete moisture <4%) and finish coat due to its coloration.
Commonly used for underground garages and utility rooms in both commercial and private settings. PZH certified.

In this system, a double application of BAUPOX 400 epoxy resin is recommended for sealing and finishing.
