Primer
The choice of primer should depend on the condition and characteristics of the surface onto which the microcement plaster will be applied.
BAUGRUNT Acrylic Primer
Acrylic primer that reduces absorbency, reinforces weak and dusty substrates, and increases adhesion of subsequent layers.
Prevents water being drawn out of the mortar and facilitates its application.
Vapour-permeable, water-resistant, colourless, ready to use. Water-like consistency.
CONTACTO Acrylic Primer with Quartz Filler
Rich bonding acrylic primer with quartz filler to increase adhesion of subsequent layers.
Used to build up structure and equalise absorbency on non-uniform surfaces.
Reduces substrate absorbency.
Note: For highly absorbent substrates, it is recommended to use BAUGRUNT first, then CONTACTO. Paint-like consistency.

Microcement with increased durability and a refined, authentic raw concrete effect, developed for elegant spaces with high performance requirements and pedestrian traffic.

Using these components – individually or in combination – allows flexible formulation of microcement according to project needs, application conditions, and installer expectations. You can use them or not. The choice is yours.

BAUPUR 700 HP Varnish
Two-component clear polyurethane varnish with high protective properties for use as a finishing layer.
Available in satin/matte finishes.
