System Description
BAUPOX COLORID is a decorative flooring system based on epoxy resins and colored acrylic flakes, offering unlimited visual design possibilities.
It is resistant to light wheeled transport and pedestrian traffic. Key advantages include chemical resistance and unique decorative finishes.

Strengthening Weak Concrete (Optional)
Recommended in case of weak, dusty, and highly absorbent substrates prior to applying the primary primer layer.
Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 GP™
Deep-penetrating, low-viscosity epoxy primer used for:
- reinforcing weak, dusty concrete
- sealing concrete screeds
- evening out concrete absorbency
- dust-proofing floors
Use of BAUPOX 100 GP significantly reduces concrete absorbency, lowering resin consumption in the next stages.
Two-component. Solvent-based. PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.3-0.5 kg/m²

Primer Layer
Primer selection should consider the moisture content of the concrete substrate.
Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 ST™
For concrete with up to 8% moisture. Ensures a strong bond between the substrate and resin.
Developed for decorative and industrial systems. Also used for quick repairs of cracks in screeds.
PZH certified. Two-component. Solvent-based.
Consumption: 0.25-0.5 kg/m²
Note: For weak, highly absorbent, dusty substrates, pre-saturate with deep-penetrating BAUPOX 100 GP before applying BAUPOX 100 ST
Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 STX™
Thickened epoxy primer (paste consistency) for concrete with up to 6% moisture.
Creates a strong bond layer. Ideal for decorative and industrial systems, and also for quick repair of cracks and gaps.
PZH certified. Two-component. Solvent-based.
Consumption: 0.25-0.5 kg/m²
Note: In case of very weak and absorbent substrates, apply BAUPOX 100 GP before using BAUPOX 100 STX.

Sand Broadcast
Quartz Aggregate 0.4-0.8 mm
Broadcast clean, dry quartz sand (0.4-0.8 mm) after primer application.
Only tested material available at BAUTECH.
Consumption: ~1 kg/m²

Main Coat
Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 200™
Pigmented, solvent-free, water-free epoxy resin for colored flooring systems.
Offers high durability and aesthetics.
Available in standard and custom colors.
Suitable for top coats in industrial and parking systems using natural quartz.
Consumption: 0.5 kg/m²

Sand Broadcast
Quartz Aggregate 0.2-0.8 mm
Apply another sand broadcast using quartz aggregate with 0.2-0.8 mm grain size.
Consumption: ~3 kg/m²

Topcoat
Apply two layers using BAUPOX 200 epoxy resin.

Same pigmented, solvent-free resin as in the main coat.
- First layer: 0.5 kg/m²
- Second layer: 0.5 kg/m²
