System Description
BAUPOX COLORID is a decorative flooring system based on epoxy resins and colored acrylic flakes, offering unlimited design flexibility.
It is resistant to light wheeled transport and foot traffic. The system’s key advantages include chemical resistance and unique decorative effects.

Strengthening Weak Concrete (Optional)
Recommended for weak, dusty, and highly absorbent substrates prior to the application of the primary primer layer.
BAUPOX 100 GP™
A deep-penetrating, low-viscosity epoxy primer for:
- strengthening weak and dusty concrete substrates
- sealing screeds
- evening out concrete absorbency
- dust-proofing floors
Use of BAUPOX 100 GP significantly reduces concrete absorbency, thereby lowering primer consumption in subsequent steps.
Two-component. Solvent-based. PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.3-0.5 kg/m²

Primer Layer
Selection of primer must consider the moisture level of the concrete.
BAUPOX 100 K™
Pigmented, solvent-free, water-free epoxy resin with a user-friendly and economical 2-in-1 formula. It functions both as a primer (for concrete with <4% moisture) and a finish coat due to its pigmentation.
Commonly used in underground parking areas and utility rooms in both commercial and private projects.
PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.3-1.0 kg/m²

Sand Broadcast
Quartz Aggregate 0.2-0.8 mm
When priming with BAUPOX resin, broadcast quartz sand with a grain size of 0.2-0.8 mm.
At BAUTECH, you’ll find cleaned, dry, screened quartz sand from a trusted source.
Consumption: ~1 kg/m²

Main Coat
Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 K™
Same 2-in-1 epoxy resin as in the primer layer. Applied as the main flooring coat.
Consumption: 0.3-1.0 kg/m²

Sand Broadcast (Repeated)
Quartz Aggregate 0.2-0.8 mm
Repeat the sand broadcasting process using quartz aggregate on the main coat.
Consumption: ~1 kg/m²

Topcoat
We recommend applying two finish coats using pigmented BAUPOX 100 K resin.
Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 K™
Pigmented, solvent-free, water-free epoxy resin with a dual-purpose formulation for both priming and finishing.
Widely used in parking systems and utility floor systems across commercial and residential buildings.
