System Description
BAUPOX COLORID is a decorative flooring system based on epoxy resins and colored acrylic flakes, offering unlimited visual design possibilities.
It is resistant to light wheeled traffic and pedestrian movement. Key advantages include chemical resistance and striking decorative effects.

(Optional. Recommended for weak, dusty, or highly absorbent substrates before applying the main primer layer.)
Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 GP™
Deep-penetrating, low-viscosity primer and strengthener based on epoxy resins. Designed for:
- reinforcing weak, dusty concrete
- sealing screeds
- evening out concrete absorbency
- anti-dust protection
Using BAUPOX 100 GP significantly reduces concrete absorbency, which lowers the consumption of primer resin applied in the next stage.
Two-component. Solvent-based. PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.3-0.5 kg/m²

Primer Layer
The selection of primer should be based on the moisture content of the concrete.
BAUPOX 100 ST™
Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 ST™
Designed to prime concrete with moisture content up to 8%, creating a durable bond between the substrate and the resin – the so-called bonding layer. Developed for both decorative and industrial systems. Also used for quick crack and joint repairs.
Two-component. Solvent-based. PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.25–0.5 kg/m²
Note: For weak, highly absorbent, and dusty substrates, pre-saturate with BAUPOX 100 GP before using BAUPOX 100 ST.
Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 STX
Filler-containing epoxy primer (putty-like consistency) for concrete with up to 6% moisture. Provides strong and lasting bonding. Used in decorative and industrial systems. Ideal for quick repairs of cracks and joints.
Two-component. Solvent-based. PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.25–0.5 kg/m²

Quartz Sand
Quartz Aggregate 0.2-0.8 mm
During priming with BAUPOX resin, sprinkle with quartz sand (grain size 0.2-0.8 mm).
Available from Bautech with verified sourcing: cleaned hard quartz, dry, with a defined screening curve.
Consumption: ~1 kg/m²

Main & Finishing Layer
Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 200™
Pigmented, solvent-free, water-free epoxy resin designed for building colorful resin floors. Offers high durability, aesthetic appeal, and is available in a wide color palette (standard and custom shades).
Used for finishing layers in industrial and parking systems based on natural quartz aggregate.
Consumption: 0.3–1.0 kg/m²
