Primer
BAUPOX 100 ST Epoxy Resin Primer
Primes and reinforces concrete substrates by partially penetrating the structure and forming a surface bonding layer. Also used as a repair compound. Solvent-free. Transparent. Effective.
NOTE: In the case of weak, highly absorbent, and dusty substrates, we recommend pre-saturating the surface with a deep-penetrating, strongly reinforcing epoxy resin primer: BAUPOX 100 GP.

Quartz Sand / Aggregate
Quartz Aggregate 1.0-1.6 mm
Quartz sand used in resin flooring systems, decorative applications, and as part of a bonding bridge. At BAUTECH, you can purchase sand from a verified source: cleaned, dry, hard quartz with a defined grading curve.

Main Layer
ULTIMA SLC Microconcrete
Self-leveling, fast-setting, integrally colored formula for creating decorative seamless microconcrete floors, including terrazzo applications. The floor thickness depends on the size of the decorative aggregate used.
Terrazzo Decorative Aggregate
Decorative aggregates in various grain sizes and colors. The final visual effect depends on the color and size of the aggregate, as well as the fill density.

Sealing
TERRASEAL Concrete Hardener
A chemical concrete hardener. Lithium-silicate, curing, reinforcing, and sealing treatment for terrazzo. Provides long-lasting protection against dusting, water evaporation, dirt, moisture, heavy use, contamination, and alkaline efflorescence.

Polishing
TERRACOAT Polishing Agent
Silicate-lithium gloss enhancer for terrazzo. Transparent with a glossy finish. Offers high resistance to wear.
OPTION 2: Protection with Varnish

Primer Under Varnish
BAUPUR 600 HP Primer
One-component, transparent polyurethane primer with enhanced hydrophobic properties for mineral substrates.

Protective Varnish
The choice of varnish should be matched to the expected operating conditions, intensity of use (e.g., private home vs. high-traffic commercial area), and room characteristics (dry vs. wet zones).
BAUPUR 700 HP Polyurethane Varnish
Two-component, water-based, transparent polyurethane varnish with excellent protective properties. Recommended as a topcoat. Available in satin or matte finish.
BAUPUR 800 HP Polyurethane Varnish
Two-component, solvent-based polyurethane varnish enriched with ceramic additives. Designed for protecting surfaces exposed to intense use. Matt finish.
