However, the final decision should be made by an experienced contractor. Sometimes old, weakened concrete only requires strengthening with a special product (e.g., BAUPOX 100GP); in other cases, the old concrete must be removed.
How to maintain a stamped concrete terrace?
Regular washing with water and a mild detergent is sufficient, plus occasional sealing every few years. No sanding or painting is required.
