Technical Data:

!

Strengthening Weak Concrete (Optional)

Recommended in case of weak, dusty, and highly absorbent substrates before applying the main primer layer.

Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 GP™

Deep-penetrating, low-viscosity epoxy primer used for:

  • reinforcing weak, dusty concrete
  • sealing concrete screeds
  • evening out absorbency of concrete
  • dust-proofing floors

Use of BAUPOX 100 GP significantly reduces substrate absorbency and thus limits the amount of primer needed in the next stage.
Two-component. Solvent-based. PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.3-0.5 kg/m²

1

Primer Layer

Primer choice should be based on the moisture level of the concrete substrate.

Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 K™

Pigmented, solvent-free, water-free epoxy resin in a user-friendly and economical 2-in-1 formula that acts as both a primer layer (for concrete moisture <4%) and a topcoat due to its color pigmentation.
Widely used in underground parking garages and technical spaces in both commercial and private facilities.
PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.3-1.0 kg/m²

2

PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.3-1.0 kg/m²

3

Topcoat

Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 K™
