BAUPOX 100 K

System Description

BAUPOX COLORID is a decorative flooring system based on epoxy resins and colored acrylic flakes, offering unlimited design possibilities.

It is resistant to loads corresponding to light wheeled transport and pedestrian traffic. Key advantages include chemical resistance and distinctive decorative effects.

Weak Concrete Reinforcement

(Optional – recommended for weak, porous, or highly absorbent substrates prior to priming.)

Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 GP

Deep-penetrating epoxy-based primer and reinforcement agent with low viscosity.
Use for:

strengthening weak and dusty concrete
sealing concrete screeds
evening out absorbency
anti-dust coating for floors

Reduces absorbency and limits the amount of primer needed in the next stage.
Two-component. Solvent-based. PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.3–0.5 kg/m²

Primer Layer

The primer choice must be based on the moisture level of the concrete.

Sprinkle Layer

Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 K

Pigmented, solvent-free, water-free epoxy resin with a 2-in-1 formula, acting as both primer (for moisture <4%) and finish coat due to pigmentation.
Commonly used in underground garages and utility areas, both commercial and residential.
PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.3–1.0 kg/m²

Quartz Aggregate 0.2–0.8 mm

Used during priming with BAUPOX resin.
Sourced from high-quality quartz, clean, dry, and with a defined grading curve.
Consumption: ~1.0 kg/m²

Main Layer

Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 100 K

Decorative Sprinkle Layer

Acrylic Flakes – COLORID System

Decorative acrylic flakes available in various colors and shapes, giving the surface a unique look.
The final visual effect depends on both color and sprinkle density.
Flakes from BAUTECH are durable, fade-resistant, and visually enrich the floor.

Topcoat / Protective Layer

The choice of the system’s finishing coat depends on the contractor’s preferences and the intended level of floor usage. In case of doubt, please contact our Customer Advisor.

BAUPOX 400™ – transparent epoxy resin

Epoxy Resin BAUPOX 400™ – Transparent Topcoat

Colorless epoxy resin used as a protective sealing layer, with:

High chemical resistance (tested against 72 substances)
High mechanical strength (scratch, impact resistance)
Excellent transparency
UV resistance (does not yellow)
Easy to apply – low viscosity, self-leveling
Two-component. Solvent-free. PZH certified.
Consumption: 0.15-0.4 kg/m²

BAUPUR 700 HP – Polyurethane Topcoat

Two-component, colorless polyurethane lacquer with high protective properties.
Available in satin/matte finish.
Consumption: 0.2-0.3 kg/m²

BAUPUR 800 HP TopLine – Ceramic-Enhanced PU Lacquer

Two-component, solvent-based polyurethane lacquer enriched with ceramic additives, designed for intensively used surfaces. Satin finish.
Consumption: 0.2-0.3 kg/m²
